2. Products

We sell home cleaning tools. Product images are provided to show the item you will receive. Where a photograph is a lifestyle or staged image rather than the exact item, we say so on the product page.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

5. Import duties

For most destinations no additional duties apply at our order values. Where a destination does charge import duties or taxes on arrival, those are the responsibility of the recipient. We will tell you at checkout if this applies to your country.

6. Warranty

Products that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced or refunded in full. Report them within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to commit fraud, to scrape content, or to interfere with its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
